"The body of Domicelei, as an artist, is a mastery and formal problem, and is interested in its movement in space – the bodies captured in the plane of photographs articulate space like sculptures. And yet the body is a carcass that an artist can even in photography stick to her fantasies – drawing a skirt, moon, stars, wings or a photographic texture. In this way, Domicelė Tarabildienė measures the image: here she is a dragonfly, here – Liliana Roth, but does not feel about them, does not become something else and does not pretend to portray any "values". It is that deliberate (and playful) uneasy in the role that saves her photographs from the sentimentality inherent in men of similar images. In Domicelle's photographs, you always feel the eye watching yourself."
